- The student who is training under this course shall be 18 years or older, or at least 6 months shy of turning 18 years.

- The driving fees shall be decided by Taviyani Pvt Ltd, with subject to GST and Instructor fee. Additional fees will be applicable for private instructor hire and drop off service. All fees are to be paid in advance.

- Driving fees are non-refundable after an instructor has been assigned for the student.

- In the case of a cancellation of the student by Taviyani Pvt Ltd, the student shall be refunded-after deducting for number of days an instructor was assigned for the student.

- Taviyani Pvt Ltd will ensure to serve the best interest of the students with regard to providing the preferred times and that the student receives good hours for lessons and practice.

- Taviyani Pvt Ltd reserves the right to postpone, cancel or reschedule lessons and practice sessions, at times of unforeseen circumstances, bad weather conditions or natural disasters; and the student-cannot hold Taviyani Pvt Ltd liable in any such case.

- Taviyani Pvt Ltd will not tolerate any misconduct or unprofessional, unethical behaviour from the student and Taviyani Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate the student with notice and in any such case, the student cannot hold Taviyani Pvt Ltd liable for any penalty the student is incurred by Taviyani Pvt ltd.

- In case of any issues or misconduct with regard to an assigned instructor, the student shall inform Taviyani Pvt Ltd in written format or electronic communications media. Taviyani Pvt Ltd shall at all times, work to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for the student. The student cannot hold Taviyani Pvt Ltd liable for any such issues mentioned above.

- In case of any damage caused to the vehicles or any property of Taviyani Pvt Ltd by the negligence of the student; the student will be fully liable for such repairs or maintenance and shall hold accountable. Students will be subject to pay for any fees accountable for the repairs in such a case.

- Additionally students shall separately pay to Taviyani Pvt Ltd; any and all fees subject to Ministery of Transport and Civil Aviation (Fees required for the processing of the student's license, tests and applications).

- Taviyani Pvt Ltd shall assign an instructor bound by professional code of conduct. The instructor shall be polite, courteous, pleasantly dressed and tidy. And the instructor shall not smoke in the vehicle or around the vehicle during lesson times. The vehicle provided to the student shall be insured according to the regulations of the Ministry of transport and civil aviation.
